EXCERPT BELOW:
In 2022, before the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the CCP’s Political and Legal Affairs Commission held an enlarged meeting. In attendance, in addition to the secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, their deputy secretaries, their committee members and secretary-general, there were also members of the Ministry of Public Security; members of the Ministry of State Security; members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and members of the United Front Work Department. President Xi Jinping also participated in the meeting.
LEAKED INFORMATION FROM THE WHISTLEBLOWERS
During this meeting, a number of key points were discussed by President Xi Jinping during his speech. In the first point, Xi Jinping said that before the 18th National Congress of the CCP, the suppression of Falun Gong internationally was largely a failure.
…
Then, Xi Jinping further stated what the reasons were for the failure to suppress Falun Gong in the past. One reason was that the overall strategy to crack down on Falun Gong, the efforts to suppress it, the strategic plan, lacked effective collaboration among the various departments of the CCP.
Another reason was that the methods used to suppress Falun Gong abroad were too conservative, too traditional, lacked creativity, and lacked innovation. Xi Jinping specifically pointed out that in the past the CCP mainly relied on infiltration, division, and disintegration tactics to try to bring down Falun Gong. However, the facts have proven that this approach has had little effect.
The third point that Xi Jinping also emphasized was that internationally one of the key reasons for the failure to suppress Falun Gong overseas was that despite the CCP investing a large amount of funds into this effort, in reality, a considerable portion of these funds were wasted and a portion of it was also embezzled.
Xi Jinping specifically mentioned the CCP’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection had already gathered some information regarding this embezzlement.
Xi Jinping ordered that in the future, a reshuffle of personnel be carried out for those involved in suppressing Falun Gong overseas. Things needed to be reorganised. Those who should be dismissed needed to be dismissed. Restructuring of a powerful coordinating and enforcement agency for targeting Falun Gong internationally needed to be made.
Xi Jinping instructed to completely, and on an international scale, suppress Falun Gong’s momentum. His concrete plan was that overseas CCP activities targeting Falun Gong needed a new organisational structure. There had to be a new coordination mechanism. Previously, whether domestically or internationally, the suppression of Falun Gong, repression of Falun Gong, was mainly led by the CCP’s Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission.
Now, after the restructuring, before the 20th National Congress, the adjustments made before this Congress resulted in domestic suppression of Falun Gong being primarily handled by the Ministry of Public Security. Meanwhile, the suppression efforts targeting Falun Gong abroad would be mainly handled by the Ministry of State Security. At the time of this meeting, Chen Yixin was still the Secretary-General of the CCP’s Political and Legal Affairs Commission. However, at that time, it had already been internally decided, before the 20th National Congress, that Wang Xiaohong was going to be the Minister of Public Security and that Chen Yixin was going to be the Minister of National Security. It was confirmed at this meeting, after the 20th National Congress, that the crackdown on Falun Gong overseas would be coordinated mainly by the Ministry of National Security. That is, coordinated by Chen Yixin.
Regarding the specific action plan, Xi Jinping gave instructions to have “one focus, two basic directions”. This “one focus”, according to what this source has disclosed, stated by Xi Jinping refers to targeting the founder of Falun Gong and his family. Xi Jinping thought that before the 18th National Congress, an important reason why the CCP’s crackdown on Falun Gong overseas had been ineffective was that they missed the point. This focal point was missed. So according to Xi Jinping’s instructions, this “one focus” of the CCP’s tactic was to target the founder of Falun Gong, to have a character assassination on him. To create various forms of character defamation against him, attacks and so on.
What are the “two basic directions”? One is public opinion warfare and the other is legal warfare. As for the so-called public opinion warfare, which includes demanding the CCP’s official organisations should mention Falun Gong less. The public opinion attacks on Falun Gong should rely mainly on some media and self-media whose viewpoints about the CCP are more ambiguous. They are the ones to launch public opinion attacks on Falun Gong. This would be more effective.
Another important aspect of the public opinion warfare is about messing up the Falun Gong founded media from the inside. Previously on this point, in his speech, Xi Jinping had commented that in the past, when targeting Falun Gong, when they had infiltrated (into Falun Gong), they would collect some information, to get some inside information. Xi thought this was of no real value. The key point should be to divide, disintegrate, and mess up the media of Falun Gong. These are the two sides of the public opinion warfare.
What about the lawfare? It’s all about exploiting the litigation systems of the United States, Taiwan, and some other countries. To use their judicial systems to launch attacks on Falun Gong through lawfare. The time when I got this information was September 2024.
WHO ARE THE SOURCES? WHERE DID THIS LEAKED INFORMATION COME FROM?
I got this information from two sources. One was from people with a conscience in the CCP system. These people with a conscience in their hearts, have a strong political dissatisfaction regarding this totalitarian and authoritarian system of the CCP. They want to pursue the democratisation of China. That’s why I call them the people with a conscience in the CCP’s system. However, for information like this, I must also verify it through other channels before I disclose it. So, I have another source for verification, and that’s the members of the CCP’s Red Second Generation Families. Among the members of the CCP’s Red Second Generation Families, (now quite a number of them) some of them are subject to political purges of the CCP’s Xi Jinping. For some others, because of Xi Jinping’s personal dictatorship, he does not allow these Red Second Generation Families to share power with him like they did during the Jiang Zemin era. Therefore, some of these Red Second Generation Families have extreme dissatisfaction towards Xi Jinping, even hatred. I had the information verified from people of the Red Second Generation Families.
As for the overall source of this information, as I said at the beginning, in the CCP system, I had some of those connections which are currently still active.
