July 2025: The Japanese magazine “Seiron” pubilshed a ghost written version on David Matas’ article “Japanese Action Needed on China’s Forced Organ Harvesting“.
The article outlined the background and testimonies relating forced organ harvesting in China, the China Tribunal’s final judgment, and highlighted the expanding international efforts to impose restrictions on China’s organ harvesting practices. It also noted Japan’s current lack of meaningful action surrounding the issue and urged the country to recognise the reality and ethical implications that organs are being taken from prisoners of conscience in China and used for transplantation.
